Job Summary
Greet guests, arrange seating, and monitor room atmosphere while providing information on Spokane Tribe Casino services and facilities. Quote accurate waiting times, manage guest waiting lists and reservations per established procedures, and answer phones according to protocol. Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure quality service and document all reservations effectively. Maintain a valid Gaming license and stand throughout an eight-hour shift in a high-volume, noisy environment. Prior restaurant experience and one year of customer service history are helpful.
