Job Summary
Host/Hostess position at Red Sugar focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences through timely, courteous, and professional service. Responsibilities include handling telephone inquiries and reservations, arranging tables for smooth restaurant operation, assisting with menu for all meal periods and related administration, supporting the Restaurant Manager in maintaining guest records in the system, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires at least 1 year of hotel or F&B service experience, knowledge of booking systems, and fluency in English and Chinese. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry
- Knowledge or experience in booking system
