Greet and welcome all guests with a smile and pleasant tone, answer the telephone in a timely manner, and correctly take and confirm reservations. Escort guests to their dining area, offer hospitality touch points throughout their journey, and oversee the flow of the dining room and kitchen. Become an expert in company policy, core values, and food and beverage offerings while maximizing guest count using the Tock reservation software. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure a memorable experience for every guest from arrival to departure. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
