Job Summary
Host/Hostess responsible for welcoming guests, handling cashiering, ensuring accurate check control, serving food and beverages, bussing tables when needed, and maintaining table cleanliness and water-service standards. Must deliver warm hospitality, maintain knowledge of menu items, and demonstrate strong communication and guest-relations skills to provide a high-quality dining experience. Part of the Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference Center at Capitol Hill team with a robust benefits package including health coverage, 401K with matching, and travel/discounts.
Required Qualifications
