Job Summary
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, managing reservations and maintaining an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering server sections and guest preferences, while communicating effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure a smooth dining experience. Address guest needs using active listening and empathy, offering creative solutions to challenges that arise. Perform other duties as requested by management, including practicing safe work habits with protective equipment. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training
