Host/Hostess Part time

Greets and seats guests, handles reservations and wait lists, answers phones and takes takeout orders to ensure a welcoming, positive dining experience from arrival to departure. Requires excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with servers, cooks, and management. Maintain a clean waiting area, professionally handle complaints, and support kitchen/wait staff. Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Availability includes days, evenings, some weekends and holidays.
