Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests in a positive, professional manner while managing reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and seating charts to ensure efficient dining space use. Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and handle inquiries or special requests with timeliness and courtesy. Collaborate with management, bartenders, and service staff to deliver on guest expectations and create memorable moments. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to grasp, hold, sit, walk, perform repetitive motions, and bend over
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods during a scheduled shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds on a semi-regular basis
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
