Job Summary
Greet guests with eye contact and a sincere welcome, utilizing name recognition to build personal clientele and anticipating needs for immediate response. Manage the host area by following established service sequences, maintaining cleanliness, and efficiently seating guests at a reasonable pace. Operate OpenTable for reservations and walk-ins while communicating effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth dining room flow. Perform all opening and closing duties daily as assigned, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain professionalism with both guests and staff while assisting servers and bartenders when possible. Bi-lingual ability is a plus.

- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Hosts must possess a working knowledge of the systems used within our company
