Job Summary
Manage guest reservations, greet and seat arrivals, and coordinate dining room activities to ensure prompt, courteous service for VIP clientele. Assign work tasks to staff, oversee supplies, and maintain orderly work areas while preparing deposits and managing the cash system. Ensure Open Table is managed professionally and communicate special requests to managers, servers, and the kitchen. Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant features, cuisine, and hours of operations while adhering to all federal, state, and company policies. Requires one year of upscale restaurant experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
