Responsibilities include greeting guests, opening doors, answering phones and taking reservations, seating guests, maintaining clean entryways and restrooms, and performing quality checks as guests depart. Must maintain a positive attitude, stay organized, think ahead for optimal table turns, and handle guest requests with professionalism. Scratch kitchen with locally sourced foods, handcrafted cocktails, and a robust wine program.
