Job Summary
Host/Hostess for Akira Back at The St. Regis Rome. The role greets guests, manages reservations and seating, informs guests of wait times, escorts guests to tables, takes to-go orders when needed, and maintains the hostess desk. Must deliver warm hospitality, maintain accurate wait times, handle payments, and support administrative tasks using the MICROS system. Requires strong guest engagement, excellent verbal communication, professionalism in English and Italian, and the ability to create memorable first impressions. Experience or knowledge in hospitality, Asian/fusion dining preferred; capable of working late nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day operation. Demonstrates organizational skills, teamwork, and adherence to health, safety, and brand standards.
