Job Summary
Host/Hostess position responsible for greeting guests, determining party size, seating guests, guiding dining room flow, and maintaining seating arrangements for groups including those with special needs. Duties include ensuring current menus are available and clean, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, adhering to safety and company policies, welcoming guests with professional communication, and supporting team to meet service standards. Requires standing for extended periods, and moving/lifting items up to 10 pounds. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; no related work experience required. Location: Muscat, Oman; full-time employment with Marriott International.
