Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all reservations, dining room, and banquet seating for The Central Park Boathouse while greeting, seating, and exiting guests. Organize guest flow using TOAST and reservation systems, communicate professionally with guests, bar, service, kitchen, and management to ensure satisfaction and maximize seating space. Implement quick decisions based on restaurant needs, speak with guests for feedback, and maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus. Complete safety training, adhere to company policies, and perform other duties as assigned. Available for non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to lift and transport items occasionally weighing 40 pounds
