Host/Hostess

Serve guests, manage to-go orders, and assist with bussing and food runner tasks during 7-day-a-week lunch, dinner, and to-go shifts. Maintain a collaborative spirit by helping colleagues and sharing knowledge while adhering to strict food safety standards. Ensure all dishes are prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients and that the cocktail and wine lists are accurately presented. TABC certification and Texas Food Handlers certificate are required, with one year of restaurant experience desirable. Flexible hours during opening are essential for this part-time role.
