Job Summary
Greet patrons and guide them to tables with a gracious demeanor, providing menus and answering initial inquiries. Coordinate with server and bar staff to optimize seating and ensure timely greetings while managing the reception area. Answer phone calls, assist with reservation requests, and support member shop sales. Maintain a clean environment and monitor the entire dining and bar area for an even workload. Stand for long hours during peak times including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Host / Host Experience at a fine dining restaurant
- Ability to walk / stand for long hours
- Exemplifies a history of service excellence
- Extremely personable and have excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Available to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends
