Job Summary
Greet, seat, and escort guests while managing the wait list and processing to-go and delivery orders. Take orders using software or memorization, communicate details to the kitchen, and deliver food and beverages to outside guests. Handle cash and credit card transactions, upsell additional products, and assist with special needs like highchairs or boosters. Clean and maintain the restaurant's appearance to ensure a pleasurable dining experience. Multitask quickly and work flexible shifts to support our team in providing exceptional service since 1958.
