Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and manage day-to-day reservations, walk-ins, and cancellations in the reservation system. Answer phone inquiries and guide guests to assigned tables based on preferences and seating charts. Ensure the presentation, cleanliness, and organization of guest service areas including the coat check and bathrooms. Maintain full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts to facilitate efficient seating and guest satisfaction. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of reservations or host experience in fine dining restaurants, or establishments of similar caliber
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule. (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- You must be organized

Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of reservation management systems is highly preferred
