Host/Hostess - Hotel Renegade

Greet customers with a welcoming attitude, maintain eye contact, and acknowledge seating requests while understanding server patterns and table timing. Prepare dining rooms by setting tables with clean condiments and menus, check on guests during downtime to fill waters, ensure carry-out orders are rung in and packaged, and extend great customer service to build lasting impressions. You will serve customers, provide information for to-go orders, and leave positive impressions to encourage return visits and word-of-mouth promotion. This role requires high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and legible handwriting.
