Host/Hostess

Host/Hostess needed to ensure guests have a positive experience while upholding quality standards and providing superior customer service. Responsibilities include seating guests in station rotation, managing guest lists, handling reservations by phone and in-person, assigning opening/closing side duties, supervising side work, maintaining setup lists for all stations, processing reservations, and attending to special guest requests. Must communicate effectively, read and write in the workplace language, know standard service procedures and menu items, and possess basic computational and computer skills. The role requires adherence to equal employment opportunity laws and a hospitable service attitude across varied schedules, including weekends and holidays. This is a front-of-house role in a hospitality environment with potential for varied shift patterns.
