Host/Hostess

Greet guests with a smile, manage waitlists and seating assignments, answer phones, and take reservations. Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service while keeping the host area clean and organized. This role requires standing or walking 4 to 8 hours per shift, frequently reaching, lifting, and bending. You must be able to read and write English and clearly respond to guests.
