Job Summary
Welcome every guest upon arrival, educate them on Chef Specials and promotions, and use up-selling techniques to enhance the dining experience. Accurately take food and drink orders, input them into the register system, and process payments efficiently. Manage takeout orders by checking for accuracy, bagging items, and ensuring correct delivery to guests or drivers. Maintain expo areas, set up the host zone, and sweep floors while posting wet floor signs as needed. Check restrooms every 15 minutes, bus tables, and ensure PCI compliance. Address guest concerns and solicit feedback before thanking guests as they depart.

- Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and standard drink recipes required.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.
- Must be able to lift items up to 25 pounds.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a Host/Takeout position within the restaurant business preferred.
