Job Summary
The Host/Hostess is responsible for performing host stand set-up, running side work and closing duties while embodying Southern Hospitality. The role requires greeting and seating guests in an organized, friendly manner, properly recording reservations, maintaining cleanliness at the front entry, and assisting table maintenance. A positive demeanor is essential, along with effective communication of guest requests to servers or leaders. Candidates should have the ability to stand for long periods, lift weights, and uphold a clean professional appearance while working collaboratively as part of a team.
