Job Summary
Greets and seats guests, presents menus, informs them of their server, and treats all guests to ensure complete satisfaction. Takes names on a waiting list, runs the floor plan board, and observes tables to track clean, dirty, and occupied status. Accurately quotes wait times, cleans and organizes the host area, answers phone inquiries, and fills to-go orders if applicable. Maintains restrooms throughout the shift while interacting with guests upon arrival and departure. Requires 2+ years of high-volume restaurant experience, open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset.
