Job Summary
Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner while engaging in conversation to seat them timely. Advise guests of current specials, new menu items, and promotions, then manage the waiting list during high volume to set accurate expectations. Sincerely thank guests upon departure and assist other Team Members as needed. Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. This non-corporate, family-type environment offers consistent flexible hours with overtime available and no late nights before early morning.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
