Job Summary
Host/Hostess at Summit Club in Las Vegas, NV is the first point of contact for members and guests in our dining facilities, responsible for managing guest flow, taking reservations, seating guests, and assisting Food and Beverage staff. Responsibilities include providing accurate wait times, delivering to-go orders via POS relays to kitchen and bar, staying knowledgeable about daily specials, inspecting menus for cleanliness, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-end environment. The role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication, teamwork, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift, and proficiency in English (additional languages preferred). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
- Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; possesses or can obtain State Food Safety Certificate
- Knowledgeable of food and beverage operations
- Extraordinary attention to detail, quality and service
