Job Summary
Welcome guests warmly by opening the door, smiling, and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant. Seat guests at their own pace, handing the appropriate menu(s) to each guest after they're seated. Communicate with servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, or special requests to ensure seamless service. Handle guest complaints by listening to concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to maintain overall satisfaction. This role requires standing for up to 6 hours, professional phone answering, and strong organizational skills for controlling seating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will embody our Guest-Obsessed culture to create unforgettable experiences every day.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Basic computer skills
