Greet guests, determine party size, and seat them by finding tables, pulling chairs, and placing menus. Guide guests through dining rooms, arrange tables and settings for groups, and ensure place settings include napkins and clean silverware. Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being while maintaining cleanliness and practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Check menus for current, clean, and wrinkle-free status. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager, and complete required safety training. Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company standards while developing positive working relationships.
