Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations and waitlists using a computerized system, and answer phone calls or respond to online inquiries. Take out orders in a timely manner, assist with organizing private events, and handle guest complaints with grace. Perform light cleaning duties including wiping tables, cleaning menus, and sweeping the floor while maintaining a clean dining room and entry. Requires previous host or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host or in a customer service role is preferred
