Job Summary
Greet guests upon entry, seat them at tables or waiting areas, and provide menus while answering initial questions and phone calls. Take reservations, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Assist with other restaurant positions as needed and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Work evening dinner shifts from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., including weekends and holidays, with flexible availability for three to four shifts weekly.
