Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm attitude, manage the seating chart, and escort diners to their tables while ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle the guest list, providing accurate wait times and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and entryway, while communicating effectively with servers, bussers, and managers. Assist with special events and other tasks as needed to support the team. This role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, and mandates a Food Handler and California RBS certificate.
