Job Summary
Greet customers entering and leaving the business, seating them promptly, cheerfully, and courteously while estimating wait times. Manage to-go orders by taking, entering, and packaging them, then roll silverware and clear/reset tables to maintain a clean work area. Accurately process all cash and credit payments while answering the phone. This role requires standing for up to 8 hours and lifting 25-50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- All Hosts must be at least 16 years of age or older
- You must be able to understand and carry out instructions while working effectively with co-workers and managers to please our guests
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A qualified applicant must be able to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, and occasionally use motion which entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
