Job Summary
The Host/Hostess is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include answering the phone, inputting customer orders, maintaining the waitlist, greeting customers, seating them according to plan, and keeping the front desk and waiting area clean. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow food safety guidelines. The candidate must be able to work various shifts and stand for long periods.
