Job Summary
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming atmosphere at the reception. Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring optimal table assignments and communicating clearly about wait times. Maintain accurate booking systems and collaborate closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism while complying with all company policies and hygiene standards. This role requires warmth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure in a dynamic Mayfair dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or similar customer-facing role in a high-end hospitality environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, engaging personality
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A proactive team player who fosters positivity and collaboration
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of reservation management systems, SevenRooms is preferred
