Job Summary
Host/Hostess for Assisted Living Community — oversees meal service to residents, families and guests; collaborates with Health Services staff (Care Partners, CMAs, QMAPs) and culinary leaders; assigns dining sections, ensures timely service and restaurant-style dining setup, maintains service areas, takes resident meal orders with excellent customer service, and enforces cleaning/checklists per policy; requires interpersonal skills, compassion for the elderly, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and leadership to coordinate dining room operations and staff performance.
