Job Summary
Welcome guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining flow to ensure efficient table turnover. Walk guests to assigned tables, provide menus, and confirm all reservations while adjusting times by calling guests. Review cover counts per server, assign reservations for the week ahead, and communicate 86'd items to staff. Set up the restaurant using the opening checklist, bus and reset tables, polish glassware, check bathrooms, and close using the provided checklist. Maintain clean candles, watered plants, and respond to all voicemails left.
