Job Summary
The Host/Hostess greets and seats guests, coordinates reservations, answers inquiries, and supports a seamless dining experience in Four Seasons Lisbon CURA restaurant. Responsibilities include setting up the host stand, reviewing reservations, guiding seating according to party size and guest preferences, handling phone inquiries, anticipating guest needs, recognizing regular guests by name, and maintaining knowledge of menus and specials. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year in a luxury hotel/restaurant environment, strong interpersonal skills, Portuguese and English proficiency, and a polished appearance as the face of the restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
