Job Summary
Greet arriving guests with a friendly, personable style and anticipate their seating needs before they ask. Process cashier transactions accurately and promptly while adhering to standards that include staying within two feet of guests, pulling out chairs, handing menus, and introducing servers. Promote the full menu, facilities, services, hours of operation, and promotional programs to enhance the guest experience. This role requires experience handling cash and credit card procedures, basic math skills, and the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
