Job Summary
Greet guests promptly upon arrival, open the front door, and record party sizes when immediate seating is unavailable. Present menus, notify guests of table availability, and accommodate special seating requests while balancing customer flow. Relay messages to servers and bussers, maintain a clean service area, and thank guests as they leave. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules are available for full-time or part-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit a polished, professional appearance
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop lift and carry up to 20 lbs. or more
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant experience in hospitality environment preferred, but not required
