Job Summary
Greet guests promptly upon arrival, open the front door when possible, and record names and party sizes for the wait list if immediate seating is unavailable. Present menus, relay messages to servers and bussers, and notify guests when tables become available. Accommodate special seating requests, balance customer flow, and ensure tables are properly set, clean, and fully prepared. Answer phone calls professionally, thank departing guests, and maintain a clean service area while adhering to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit a polished, professional appearance and provide exceptional hospitality with a consistently positive attitude
- Must be a team player and be able to work in fast paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop lift and carry up to 20 lbs. or more
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant experience in hospitality environment preferred, but not required
