Host Home Supervisor (Contract Monitor) - Eastern Iowa Region

Oversee specified Host Homes in the Eastern Iowa service area by acting as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members and individuals served. Provide support, assistance, and instruction to assigned host homes to facilitate personal growth and independence. Facilitate and participate in interviews and evaluations related to the contracting process for independent providers. Ensure contractual compliance and verify that assigned independent providers are delivering quality care while meeting all contractual requirements. This salaried role generally follows standard Monday–Friday business hours with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend work and an on-call rotation. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check including Dependent Adult, Child Abuse, Sex Offender, and criminal history registry checks.
