Job Summary
Oversee specified Host Homes in the Eastern Iowa service area by acting as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members and individuals served. Provide support, assistance, and instruction to assigned host homes to facilitate personal growth and independence. Facilitate and participate in interviews and evaluations related to the contracting process for independent providers, ensuring contractual compliance and quality care. Work standard Monday–Friday hours with flexibility for evening or weekend shifts and an on-call rotation. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, good driving record, and ability to pass extensive background checks including Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registry checks.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- five years of related experience
- Associates Degree

- Bachelor's Degree
- one year of related experience

- ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check
- Must be available for weekend hours
- Must be available for evening hours
- Must participate in an on-call rotation
- Must be located in the Cedar Rapids, Cedar Valley, Davenport or Dubuque area
- Must be able to travel dependent on current and potential homes and clients served
- Must be able to travel outside of listed counties to cover service needs and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field
