Host Home Supervisor (Contract Monitor) - Eastern Iowa Region

Oversee specified Host Homes in the Eastern Iowa service area by acting as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members and individuals served. Work directly with assigned host homes to provide support, assistance, and instruction that facilitates personal growth and independence. Facilitate and participate in interviews and evaluations related to the contracting process for independent providers while ensuring contractual compliance and quality care. This salaried position generally follows standard Monday–Friday business hours with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend work and an on-call rotation. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to pass an extensive background check including Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registry checks.
