Job Summary
Seeking experienced Host Home Provider to contract with Support Inc. in Lakewood, CO, to provide in-home services for an adult with developmental disabilities. Ideal candidates will have a wheelchair accessible home and experience in personal care and assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Must complete and pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
- Must complete training for Medication Administration, CPR/First Aid and maintain ongoing training requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a host home provider
- Wheelchair accessible home
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with behavioral needs
- Experience with medical needs (i.e., CNAs, LPNs, RNs)
