Host Home Provider / Contractor

Provide care, support, and guidance to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a shared living arrangement while fostering their independence, inclusion, and belonging. Offer daily supervision and assistance within your private home, ensuring residents receive proper medication management, CPR, and ECT training as provided by Hope Haven. Maintain a private bedroom, hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and pass background and safety checks. Complete required training before beginning this role. Competitive annual compensation ranges from $47,482.57 to $175,411.88 based on resident tier, with additional monthly room and board payments.
