Job Summary
Establish a supportive, family-like environment for an individual with developmental or physical disabilities, ensuring their basic physical and emotional needs are met. Provide 24/7 care while maintaining a genuine relationship with the person you house. You must be available to supervise visits in your home and complete required trainings through Community Options. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional
- Ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support
- Must be open to supervisory visits in your home
