Job Summary
Host Home Provider (independently contracted) to open your home to an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities in a 24/7 family-like setting. Responsibilities include providing a safe, comfortable home and meeting basic physical and emotional needs, establishing a warm, supportive relationship with the person housed, and accommodating supervisory visits. Location: San Antonio, TX area. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, prior Direct Support Professional experience, completion of Community Options trainings, and willingness to host supervisory visits. Required Qualifications
