Job Summary
Provide a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual with developmental or physical disabilities in your home. Establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the person you house while ensuring their basic physical and emotional needs are met. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment and be open to supervisory visits in your home. This independently contracted position requires a High School Diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and previous experience as a Direct Support Professional. You must complete required trainings through Community Options. Located in the Cookeville, TN area, this role offers a per-diem reimbursement rate plus monthly room and board, which is tax exempt.
