Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, manage reservations and walk-ins, and escort patrons to tables while maintaining real-time awareness of table status and server sections. Coordinate closely with servers, bartenders, and management to balance guest flow and uphold service standards during peak periods, private events, and special functions. Answer phone calls professionally, provide menu and policy information, and assist with takeout inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in a restaurant or guest service role
