Host Help (On-Call)

Greet and seat guests, present menus, and escort them to tables while offering seating choices and warm farewells. Handle food and beverage checks by inspecting for inaccuracies, closing payments, and processing cash, credit, or house charges. Manage daily receipts, prepare meal recap reports, and balance the house bank, including retrieving and returning funds from the vault. Sell and package bakery items, record payments accurately, and refer guest dissatisfaction incidents to management. Shifts vary across morning, evening, and weekend hours including 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8-4pm, 4pm-12am, and 5-9pm. One year of cash handling experience is required, with prior hospitality experience preferred.
