Host - Harrisons

The host/hostess greets guests, offers seating, and escorts them to tables while presenting the menu. Maintains dining-room setup, coordinates reservations and special functions, and records daily notes to align shifts and management. Requires strong guest-communication skills, the ability to remember and convey menu items, handle guest requests and complaints amicably, and maintain positive working relationships with associates and guests. Must be able to work regularly with reliable attendance and provide excellent customer service in a hospitality environment. This role is part-time and located at The Woodlands Resort in The Woodlands, TX.
